New Major Features:

Group Policies	Administrators can now apply policies at the group level This functionality gives administrators the ability to apply different sharing, security, desktop, web, and mobile policies to different functional groups such as sales, marketing, and engineering Group policies are assigned using policy sets
Mac Desktop Client: Native Secure Shared Links	Users can now generate secure shared links natively from within the Mac desktop client This removes the additional step of launching the online file browser and allows users to create secure shared links directly from their desktop

Release details:

Mac Desktop Client 3.4.6.9:

• Ability to generate secure shared links natively from within the mac desktop client
• Ability to require recipients to login to download files from shared links
• Ability to set a password for shared links
• Ability to automatically generate a password for shared links using the smart password generator. The password generator respects the minimum number of characters required by the administrator and generates a complex password
• Ability to email the shared link directly from the client, or to email from native client using single click
• Ability to turn off secure shared links when all admin policies for shared links are turned off

Web Client and Server:

• Group Policies
• Ability for administrators to assign different policies to different groups of users:
  • Groups policies are assigned to a group using policy sets, each of which is a collection of all policies that are applicable at a group level
  • Users are assigned policies by assigning a policy set to a group
  • The “Default Policy Set” is applicable to all users in the company by default. This “Default Policy Set” has the lowest priority
  • Policy sets are assigned a unique priority to resolve any conflicts arising out of users belonging to multiple groups
  • Each group can have only one policy set assigned to it, but a policy set can be assigned to many groups. If no policy set is assigned to a group, the policies from the “Default Policy Set” are applicable to that group
• Ability for administrators to easily see the:
  • Groups that are assigned to a policy set
  • Policy set that is applied to a specific user
  • Policy set priorities
  • Policies settings within a policy set
• Ability for administrators to change the:
  • Priority of a policy set
  • Policies settings within a policy set
  • Groups that a policy set is assigned to
