You can view your account type and profile information, including storage capacity, devices syncing to the account, and email addresses associated with the account. Log in to My Syncplicity then click account in the menu bar.
Depending on your account type and your company’s settings, you may be able to perform some or all of the following:
- Change your password.
- Enable RSS access to your Syncplicity activity feed.
- Add or edit your email addresses. If you have multiple email addresses, you can add them to your account so that your contacts can share files and folders using different email addresses. Regardless which email address is used to share files, the Syncplicity account sends email to the primary address only.
- Increase your account's seats and storage.
- Cancel your account.
