By default, Syncplicity users in your organization can access their account using Syncplicity mobile applications. This policy setting allows you to prevent users from connecting to their Syncplicity accounts from their mobile devices.
To access this policy, click admin in the console then click policies. In the Manage Policies page, select the policy set you wish to view or modify by clicking its name. In the Manage Policy Set page, expand Mobile then expand Access Restrictions.
If you restrict access to allow only Syncplicity mobile device managed apps, only apps managed by AirWatch or MobileIron MDM can connect. In addition, users of the Syncplicity for Good clients can connect.
If you completely block mobile access, no mobile apps can connect. Users can still connect by going to the My Syncplicity web site. However, you can restrict access to the web site by going to Web Apps > Access Restrictions > Website Access Policy.
