Account owner

As an administrator you can view the name of your company and change the user who is the owner of your Syncplicity company account. Click admin > settings then click the Company name and owner link on the Manage Settings page in the administrator console.

If you wish to change the company name, click the Email us link to contact Customer Support.

If you wish to change the account owner, select the user from the drop-down list. Only users with the Global Administrator role in your Syncplicity company account are listed. When finished, click SAVE.
