If you have any issues, the Syncplicity app provides Contact Support and Send Logs links from your app settings screen. You can use these links to send email to Syncplicity Support or to your company’s support department.
To access app settings, tap the Syncplicity icon () at the top of the screen. Tap the Settings icon () at the bottom of the accounts screen (see below). From there, scroll down to see the Contact Support and Send Logs links. When you click a link, email@example.com appears as the email address by default, which you can change.
