Windows ("Metro") App Hotfix
  • This hotfix addresses two issues reported by users:
    • Users could not login on single-CPU systems. This affected some VM or VDI users.
    • Locally changed files were not uploaded to Syncplicity unless you quit and relaunched the app. Now, file changes will upload as soon as you close the file and bring the Syncplicity app to the foreground.
  • Known Issues:
    • Some corporate SSO IDP providers require settings changes to correctly enable authentication with this app. If you are having trouble with SSO authentication in your particular environment, contact Syncplicity Support.
