Upload storage quota exceeded

 

Error messages

  • A file cannot be uploaded because of a quota overage
  • A file cannot be uploaded because too large for available quota

Applicable systems: Windows desktop client

Description

Your Syncplicity account is over storage quota or you tried to upload a file larger than your remaining space

Possible remedies

  1. Either increase your storage limit or remove some files from your Syncplicity account to continue uploading.  How you increase your storage limit depends on your account. If you have a free Personal Edition account, you need to upgrade.  If you have a corporate account, check with your IT department. If you are unsure, contact Syncplicity Customer Support.
  2. If you cannot upload a large local file, increase your Syncplicity storage or exclude the local file to avoid the upload.
